QA Automation Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents using large language models (LLMs), planning algorithms, and decision frameworks.
• Integrate agents with existing applications, APIs, enterprise platforms, and business workflows (such as chatbots, copilots, and automation tools).
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and orchestration systems for internal process optimization.
• Collaborate with RevOps, product, and engineering teams to scope solutions, define KPIs, and drive pilots and internal proofs-of-concept (POCs).
• Debug and optimize agent performance, reliability, and scalability in production.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model accuracy, safety, and reinforcement learning strategies.
• Document architecture, agent logic, technical decisions, and deployment pipelines.
• Champion automation best practices, continuous improvement, and agile iteration in alignment with the broader GTM AI roadmap.
