About the role
- Supervise a team of professionals, providing mentorship and coaching to foster growth and engagement.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs aligned with adult learning principles to build a skilled workforce.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance and control systems to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain electronic tools and resources that improve client experience and support modernization initiatives.
- Work across LTS and ministry teams to integrate best practices in learning, quality assurance, and digital communications.
Requirements
- University degree in Education, Adult Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design or any other related field with minimum 4 years of related experience
- Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of 1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or 1 year of experience for 1 year of education.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Expertise in training design, development, and evaluation, including the ADDIE or similar models.
- Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with e-learning tools and electronic resource development, like Captivate and Articulate.
- Familiarity with Land Titles and Surveys services.
