Conduct data analysis supporting day-to-day business performance and monthly/quarterly business reviews; investigate the ‘why’ behind performance
Regularly monitor and perform insights analysis on sales & marketing funnel and KPIs (e.g., website performance, ecommerce performance, email marketing performance, channel and process efficacy)
Lead collaborative projects with Operations, Systems, and cross-functional partners to enhance reporting and streamline delivery of operational insights
Create and present reports, dashboards, and analysis summaries for technical and non-technical audiences to inform business decisions and foster stakeholder partnerships
Requirements
2+ years of relevant analytics experience in business operations, finance, marketing, management consulting, or market research
Advanced Excel skills
Proficiency with reporting and BI tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio
Experience with SQL queries or similar platforms for data analysis and visualization
Experience in Google Analytics
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to work independently in dynamic, remote environments
Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to flexibly overlap with U.S. Eastern Time when required
Data engineering or Salesforce.com experience is a plus
