About the role
- Teaming up with Sales Leaders in developing and implementing sales strategy for the region.
- Strategies include maximizing renewal performance, account upsell development, and ongoing account management.
- Working cross functionally with marketing, customer care, sales operations, and finance to establish plans to accelerate revenue growth within the region.
- Resolving escalated client feedback and issues, which will involve speaking with the client directly in certain instances.
- Setting performance expectations and coach team members on how to achieve metric based goals.
- Monitoring and continuously improve metrics for sales attainment, closing ratios, lead conversion rates, appointment setting, and sales cycle optimization.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and KPI reporting.
- Coaching Sales reps, understand individual strengths and weaknesses, and work with reps sales acumen.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of leadership experience with Account Executives, SaaS experience preferred.
- Metrics-driven: Measure and analyze key performance indicators to drive improved performance and accountability.
- Focused & Results Oriented: Implement selling strategies to drive consistency and velocity throughout the sales process.
- Process Oriented: Help sales team in understanding how to maximize their production by using the defined processes, sales tools, and applications available.
