About the role

  • Teaming up with Sales Leaders in developing and implementing sales strategy for the region.
  • Strategies include maximizing renewal performance, account upsell development, and ongoing account management.
  • Working cross functionally with marketing, customer care, sales operations, and finance to establish plans to accelerate revenue growth within the region.
  • Resolving escalated client feedback and issues, which will involve speaking with the client directly in certain instances.
  • Setting performance expectations and coach team members on how to achieve metric based goals.
  • Monitoring and continuously improve metrics for sales attainment, closing ratios, lead conversion rates, appointment setting, and sales cycle optimization.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and KPI reporting.
  • Coaching Sales reps, understand individual strengths and weaknesses, and work with reps sales acumen.

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of leadership experience with Account Executives, SaaS experience preferred.
  • Metrics-driven: Measure and analyze key performance indicators to drive improved performance and accountability.
  • Focused & Results Oriented: Implement selling strategies to drive consistency and velocity throughout the sales process.
  • Process Oriented: Help sales team in understanding how to maximize their production by using the defined processes, sales tools, and applications available.
