Account Executive

• Prospect & Generate Leads : Identify and target local businesses, organizations, and community groups to introduce our corporate wellness offerings.
• Nurture existing relationships and accounts.
• Sales & Presentations : Schedule and conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with decision-makers (HR leaders, executives, business owners).
• Proposal Development : Create and present wellness packages within the terms approved by gym ownership and develop proposals customized to fit within the clients needs and budgets.
• Partnership Building : Develop long-term relationships to increase participation and engagement in wellness programs.
• Networking : Attend community events, health fairs, and professional networking opportunities to promote our services.
• Organize and coordinate in club special events.
• Account Management : Maintain ongoing communication with corporate partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Performance Tracking : Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM software.
