About the role

  • Own and drive projects from A to Z. You will handle everything from quick tasks to major product launches, guiding them from idea to reality.
  • Act as a facilitator to align team efforts. You will bridge our development, product, data, and creative teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
  • Turn strategy into measurable outcomes. You will create the roadmap, define success criteria, and monitor risks before they become roadblocks.
  • Keep the team informed. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure there are no unpleasant surprises.
  • Innovate how we work. You will promote adoption of agile practices and help our teams collaborate effectively to deliver outstanding projects.
  • Leverage AI. We are passionate about artificial intelligence, and we hope you are too. You will use it to make our ways of working faster and more efficient.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or DEC (college diploma) in Management, Technology, or a related field
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT project management
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of multimedia concepts and web, mobile, and TV applications
  • Fluent in French and English
