About the role

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend relevant AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agents, workflows, MCP, APIs, etc.).
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and improve the performance of AI solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing technology surveillance and support developers in adopting AI best practices.
  • Participate in the design and development of innovative solutions aimed at optimizing our customers' experience.
  • Collaborate on integrating AI solutions into our existing systems and products and contribute to the improvement of our internal processes.
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and within the Agile framework.
  • Use programming assistance tools effectively (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and implement automation agents to optimize complex or recurring operations.

Requirements

  • DEC or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in web programming and in implementing AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology integration.
  • Ability to share and transfer AI knowledge to the development team.
  • Highly adaptable, team-oriented, and open to feedback.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency in C# and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Recent training in AI.
  • Functional knowledge of English (for working with English-speaking clients, partners, and vendors).
