About the role
- Assess current challenges and partner with leadership to develop strategic plans
- Identify change opportunities and recommend supporting initiatives
- Plan and lead workshops for gap analysis and training sessions
- Analyze, validate and support implementation of requirements for DCAS projects
- Evaluate current processes and recommend areas for improvement, optimization, development, and maintenance
Requirements
- 16+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
