About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive institutional giving strategy
- Oversee the development, writing, and submission of high-quality grant proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional funders
- Manage awarded grants and ensure compliance with requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage the institutional giving team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in institutional fundraising
- Proven leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in grant writing and proposal development
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Advanced project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in nonprofit management or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
