About the role
- Create and keep technical documentation for systems, processes and integrations up to date (manuals, flows, procedures and user guides).
- Structure and manage technical knowledge repositories (wiki, Confluence, Notion, etc.).
- Translate technical information into accessible content for different audiences (end users, business teams and IT teams).
- Plan and conduct technical and functional training on systems, tools and internal processes.
- Support process standardization and ensure adherence to the documentation standards defined by the company.
- Collaborate with development, product and support teams to identify knowledge gaps and propose solutions.
- Monitor usage and update metrics for the knowledge base.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the technology team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, Visio, Draw.io or similar).
- Experience with documentation and knowledge management tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.).
- Basic understanding of systems architecture and API integrations.
- Desirable: experience in video production (Runway or similar).
- Desirable: familiarity with UX Writing and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to translate technical language into business language.
- Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge dissemination.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Strong technical communication skills and clear writing.
