Lead the contracting process with existing suppliers across India, Poland, UK & Ireland.
Negotiate and execute contracts aligned to staff augmentation terms & conditions.
Drive the transition of suppliers into the global Contingent Workforce (CW) Program managed by MSP Pinnacle.
Ensure policies and contracts are compliant, consistent, and scalable across regions.
Collaborate with HR (Talent Acquisition), Legal, Technology, and Procurement stakeholders.
Support delivery of project objectives: centralised CW management, compliant global policy documentation, cost savings and reporting improvements, robust worker classification, streamlined onboarding and offboarding.
Report into Procurement supporting the global CW program expansion.
Requirements
Proven experience in Procurement, Contract Management, or Supply Chain, with a strong background in human capital / contingent workforce management.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and execute contracts across multiple regions.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with HR (Talent Acquisition), Legal, Technology, and external suppliers.
Global project experience, ideally covering Europe and Asia (India).
Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
