About the role
- Lead the contracting process with existing suppliers across India, Poland, UK & Ireland.
- Negotiate and execute contracts aligned to staff augmentation terms & conditions.
- Drive the transition of suppliers into the global Contingent Workforce (CW) Program managed by MSP Pinnacle.
- Ensure policies and contracts are compliant, consistent, and scalable across regions.
- Collaborate with HR (Talent Acquisition), Legal, Technology, and Procurement stakeholders.
- Support delivery of project objectives: centralised CW management, compliant global policy documentation, cost savings and reporting improvements, robust worker classification, streamlined onboarding and offboarding.
- Report into Procurement supporting the global CW program expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Procurement, Contract Management, or Supply Chain, with a strong background in human capital / contingent workforce management.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and execute contracts across multiple regions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with HR (Talent Acquisition), Legal, Technology, and external suppliers.
- Global project experience, ideally covering Europe and Asia (India).
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Candidates must be based in the US or UK.
