About the role
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of social media content for the Fragrance & Beauty division
- Develop social media content ideas based on trends and creative fragrance storytelling
- Produce video content, take photographs, and cover events and product launches for social channels, ensuring overall cohesion and that tone and visuals align with Givaudan's global Fragrance & Beauty positioning
- Coordinate regional requests for social media posts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to produce social media content
- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, creators, and partners relevant to the fragrance industry
- Contribute to the preparation of quarterly social media reports
Requirements
- Degree from a business school, communications program, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Creative mindset
- Excellent written skills in both French and English (scripts, captions, subtitles)
- Experience managing projects and social media campaigns
- Proficiency in Canva and photo/video editing tools is essential; experience with CapCut is a plus
- Ability to attend events across France, particularly in Paris
