About the role
- Deliver high quality Sustainability solutions (in adherence with agreed processes, tools, performance indicators)
- Manage and execute process documentation content maintenance (e.g. SOPs)
- Analyse data in order to identify, raise and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Provide inputs to regular status updates for internal stakeholders and follow up / update action plans
- Participate and contribute to programs and projects with relevant subject matter experts/owners within the Global Sustainability team
- Coordinate completion of external ESG ratings assessments
- Process and categorise inflow of requests in team mailbox
- Coordinate resolution and processing of pipeline of requests coming through the portal (AskMe)
- Interact with external auditors and key internal stakeholders for successful planning of external audit activities
- Support the planning and delivery of selected workstreams within sustainability programmes
- Maintain data records within digital solutions
Requirements
- At least 1-3 yrs of work experience preferably in the field for Sustainability
- Fluent English level
- Knowledge of MS office & Google tools
