About the role
- Define and manage end-to-end performance metrics in coordination with the responsible delivery functions for repair services related to spare parts management and spare parts sales services, as well as hardware-based product quality information (e.g., MTBF in the field) for other service-related deliveries.
- Contribute to the operational excellence of the service backbone operations in general.
- Propose annual target values for the respective metrics.
- Define and manage processes for performance assessment.
- Conduct performance reviews with the relevant functions in service regions and repair centers.
- Analyze performance-related aspects of service delivery and develop concepts for improvement plans.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses.
- Provide regular reports on performance status and performance improvement actions.
- Define and implement standard reports in collaboration with IT based on SAP or other regional ERP systems.
- Promote automation in reporting to enable a stronger focus on business aspects.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering/Technology or Business Administration
- 5 years of experience in data analysis or performance management
- Good knowledge of business analytics tools, the G+D product portfolio and SAP ECC
- Solid experience with hardware-related service processes, including associated SAP work orders
- High intercultural competence and ability to work in a team
- Strong coordination, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Professional proficiency in English and German
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
