About the role
- Design and develop User Stories with code review
- Advise and guide the client on technical choices
- Lead a team of developers and mentor less experienced profiles
- Provide technical reporting to architects
- Participate in product decisions together with Product Owners and business stakeholders
- Act as the code reference, ensure best practices, and diagnose integration incidents (testing, pre-production, production)
- Keep hands-on technical involvement and support teams to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Significant experience with Guidewire (experienced or senior level)
- Good level of technical English
- Knowledge of the insurance sector and packaged software projects
- Availability to be on-site in Niort 2 to 3 days per week
- Ability to represent the team to the client with autonomy and flexibility
