About the role
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into digital processes for our software solutions
- Support the implementation of new tools and applications at the branch
- Process optimization and project work
- Test new releases in the test environment
- Support and train end users
- Basic administration of the Warehouse Management System
- Provide 1st-level support for our applications on site
Requirements
- Completed commercial, logistics or IT training or degree
- Several years of professional experience; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA eWM is desirable
- Experience supporting TMS and/or WMS applications
- Independent, responsible and flexible working style
- Fluent German and a good command of English
