About the role
- Managing event logistics
- Estimating projects and producing client quotations
- Identifying and qualifying new vendors
- Publishing and managing timelines
- Coordinating workflow with labor support
- Tracking product inventory and shipments
- Managing Art Production process
- Maintaining and sharing client and project data through our Asset Management software
- Proactively updating clients and our Sales, Design, and Service Teams via telephone, email, and Zoom Meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Coordination, Administration, Planning, Estimating, Logistics - combined
- AS or BS Degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in prioritizing workflow and multi-tasking with minimal supervision
- Trade show/event industry or corporate meeting experience
- Experience in Customer Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common Applications
- A working knowledge of Accounting or Estimating software such as QuickBooks Online, ExhibitForce, and Salesforce (or similar database/CRM)
