Business Intelligence Developer

• Act as a primary point of contact for incidents and service requests related to Business Intelligence and Power Platform applications.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in reports, dashboards, Power Apps, and integrations.
• Perform ticket triage, root-cause analysis, and follow incidents through to full resolution.
• Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar tools).
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Validate data quality, identify inconsistencies, and propose corrective actions.
• Provide functional support and enhancements for Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Execute small evolutions, perform testing and validation, and correct defects.
