Engineering Manager

• Partner with Software Validation Systems Engineers to break down requirements and technical specs into achievable implementation roadmaps, including planning timelines, key milestones, and identification of cross-team dependencies
• Collaborate with multiple, cross functional engineering teams on critical, technical areas to deliver requirements / guidance for long-lead validation areas
• Align with leaders and engineers from embodied AI, simulation, testing, product, safety, and systems and drive development and execution on validation roadmaps and initiatives, to achieve program goals
• Build trust and strong relationships with partner teams to collaborate and execute efficiently
• Proactively identify technical / program risks and blockers across the AV organization—and drives mitigations, including escalating to program leadership when necessary
• Define and track KPIs, program metrics, and validation milestones to ensure timely delivery of engineering achievements
• Lead program reviews with technical and executive stakeholders across organizations
