About the role
- Develop action plans to grow the dealership’s sales operations
- Analyze the network’s economic and financial situation and develop strategies to boost dealership sales
- Visit dealerships to develop sales opportunities
- Prepare visit reports
- Monitor the market in each operational area and identify opportunities for Chevrolet’s segments
- Monitor retail activity in the market and develop retail strategies in coordination with the Chevrolet network
- Competitor analysis – pricing, commercial policy, advertising, location, sales team
- Manage dealership inventory of vehicles and parts
- Track the dealer vehicle order bank – allocation and prioritization
- Track dealer orders for parts and accessories
- Negotiate sales and after-sales targets (sell-in / sell-out)
- Attend Franchise Meetings of the district’s dealerships
- Develop and communicate sales forecasts and reports across teams
- Support and review project reporting requirements and outcomes
- Conduct analyses to assess current sales tactics and operations within the company
- Develop and lead initiatives to support Sales, Aftersales and/or Marketing operations
- Build and manage internal and external relationships, e.g., Marketing, Sales, Legal, agencies, GM partners, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed; degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field preferred
- Preferred experience in field sales/commercial roles, especially in the Brasília region or Northern Brazil (Manaus and Belém)
- Prior knowledge of negotiation techniques and/or sales experience, plus the ability to perform under pressure
- Valid driver’s license (Category B) and driving experience
- Mobility; willingness to relocate to another city
- Availability to travel
- Willingness to reside in Brasília
