About the role
- Collaborate with survey team to identify data discrepancies
- Enter survey responses and customer information into company databases or survey management systems with high accuracy
- Verify and validate data for completeness and consistency; promptly resolve discrepancies
- Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical survey records for easy access
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive data in compliance with company and federal privacy regulations
- Respond to customer or team inquiries regarding survey submissions
- Assist in quality assurance processes, including data audits and reconciliations
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Experience: 1+ years of related experience
- Technical skills: Microsoft office, adobe
