About the role
- Lead day-to-day infrastructure operations across program functions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational activities
- Manage staffing and resource allocation to meet mission requirements
- Oversee compliance and continuous improvement of KPIs
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering accountability and professional growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program/operations management within Federal contracting
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of deployment and operations experience in a cloud environment
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.
- Must be able to obtain a Veterans Affairs Public Trust
