Technical Project Manager

• Serve as the Key Personnel liaison and focal point for Federal IT staff and executive stakeholders
• Work with Federal customer and agile team leads to develop strategies, priorities, and plans for projects
• Work with agile team leads to develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and schedules
• Develop and communicate expectations, project risks, mitigation strategies, cost estimates
• Develop and shape future project initiatives and roadmaps
• Develop presentations and graphics in collaboration with technical staff
• Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks
• Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks
• Establish program requirements and perform studies to determine optimum program plan
• Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure objectives are met
• Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives
• Oversee the PMO Deliverables and Staff
• Fill in for Program Manager as needed
