About the role
- Manage inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), trade show leads, and digital inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities, assess customer fit, and identify business needs.
- Close business remotely when possible, including capital and consumable sales; escalate complex or high-value opportunities to field sales as needed.
- Conduct virtual product demos and trainings to support customer onboarding and ensure early consumable adoption.
- Maintain accurate activity and conversion tracking in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Align with regional sales goals across the West Coast territories, specifically Washington, Oregon, and Arizona.
- Partner with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to drive joint success.
- Support field teams with virtual follow-up, appointment setting, and qualified lead preparation to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Contribute to regional campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive awareness and new customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute creative outreach strategies using phone, email, and social platforms to expand market reach.
- Nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers to build loyalty and promote Geneo’s brand values.
- Support early-stage customers through training, product education, and consumable onboarding to ensure utilization success.
- Provide feedback from customers and leads to Marketing and Sales leadership to inform messaging, promotions, and campaigns.
Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B inside or outside sales experience; aesthetics or beauty industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success with consultative, ROI-driven selling and lead management from discovery to close.
- Experience working in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa environments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing business.
- Skilled in conducting virtual product demos and confident using platforms like Zoom, Teams, or similar.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage leads and pipeline.
- Exceptional communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
