About the role
- Support Territory Growth: Partner with your Area Sales Manager to meet and exceed territory sales goals across capital equipment and consumables
- Pipeline Development: Research and qualify new prospects; initiate outreach via phone, email, events, and in-person visits to build territory pipeline
- Customer Engagement: Build authentic relationships with med-spas, dermatology and plastic surgery practices, and luxury spas; understand their business goals and identify Geneo solutions to meet them
- Sales Enablement: Assist with demos, proposals, and follow-up communication to close deals and onboard new customers
- Consumables Management: Monitor customer reorder patterns, support retention strategies, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- CRM Discipline: Log activity, leads, and updates accurately in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) to maintain visibility and ensure forecast accuracy
- Event Support: Represent Geneo at trade shows, industry events, and training sessions to promote brand awareness and generate new leads
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience from sale to post-install support
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to deepen product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outside or inside sales experience, ideally in a consultative or relationship-driven environment
- Background in medical device, skincare, pharmaceutical, hospitality, or wellness industries preferred
- Strong interest in entering the medical aesthetics space and building a long-term career within it
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and develop customer relationships that lead to measurable results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident speaking with business owners and clinical professionals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable with regional travel (approximately 60-70 %) and occasional nights/weekends for events
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
