About the role
- Work with a preceptor and be responsible for performing a wide range of patient care tasks.
- Focus on providing patient care within a clinical scope of practice.
- Fulfills designated responsibilities for ongoing continuum of care (non-assessment).
- Identifies, observes, and documents the physical needs of the patient according to standards.
- Assists with patient transfer and transport as needed.
- Suggests issues for improvement and offers solutions on issues.
