About the role
- Execute standard work across FP&A processes by following established frameworks
- Develop and uphold global financial governance by enforcing policies, internal controls, and accounting/reporting standards across regions
- Support the maintenance of the financial governance and documentation of Commercial Delegation of Authority (DOA)
- Support the full financial planning cadence—including monthly forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and the annual operating plan
- Analyze financial performance by identifying key drivers, trends, and variances, translating them into clear, actionable insights for business partners and leadership
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by highlighting process pain points
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, maintain data accuracy, and ensure alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Minimum of additional significant experience of finance, accounting, or audit
