About the role
- Champion the integration of APM solutions in every project, ensuring compatibility and optimisation of all specified equipment
- Innovate and configure APM systems by selecting parameters to monitor, deploying diagnostic algorithms, and generating critical reports
- Identify and implement strategies to elevate the reliability and stability of the APM platform
- Serve as the go-to expert for all APM-related queries, providing technical support and solutions to service teams and customers
- Collaborate with sales teams to offer technical advisement on bids for system upgrades and new implementations
- Drive continuous improvement in products, processes, and documentation, enhancing user experience and validation support
- Partner with product development teams to refine and advance APM algorithms for superior system performance
- Work closely with development teams to leverage digital technologies that enhance product quality and expedite root cause analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field, complemented by significant industry experience
- Proven track record in designing and installing industrial control systems and analytics platforms
- Proficiency in digital and remote monitoring applications
- Strong grasp of engineering principles, tools, and cutting-edge technologies
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
