About the role
- Demonstrate exceptional business acumen and stay informed on the latest industry trends, acting as an internal expert on SAP products and the competitive landscape.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, refine solutions, and collect product feedback.
- Identify opportunities to optimize order-to-cash (O2C) processes and design SAP-based solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and participate in SAP-related O2C projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and effective change management.
- Provide training and support to end users on sales, shipping, and billing best practices.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and run workshops to improve user proficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD modules with other enterprise systems.
- Perform quality assurance validations, manage data migration, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support, assist, and train users on new or modified system configurations, highlighting impacts on business processes.
- Maintain IT business system integrity, including application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.
- Work closely with onsite and offshore teams, managers, and executives to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Follow the change management process, analyzing the impact of changes on the corporate application landscape.
- Act as a senior business analyst, guiding and mentoring team members to deliver optimal solutions and conducting peer reviews for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0+ SD modules, including solution design, system configuration, development, testing, and defect debugging
- Working knowledge of various IT processes and components, including but not limited to project management, agile delivery methods, architecture, security, and ITIL operations
