About the role

  • Partner with Account & Sales Managers to maximize penetration of outages, delivering differentiated support for key accounts, while developing a strategy to regain underserved customers.
  • Meeting Orders, Sales & CM targets and growing the business in assigned territory.
  • Providing accurate, on time, comprehensive and competitive quotations to our customers.
  • Develop winning bids leveraging competitive intelligence and optimizing price & margins.
  • Drive quarterly sales convertibility, by securing shipment of available inventory.
  • Drive proactive sales campaigns – recommended parts lists, outage kits, Technical Information Letters, and lead projects as required.
  • Able to develop and drive solutions to any gaps in process or procedure.
  • Be the focal point for the customer to contact for any questions on Parts quotes, open orders and claims and drive resolution by collaborating with functional support team(s) as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Power Generation services in a commercial, customer service, field service, shop operations, engineering, and/or marketing role.
  • Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools (SFDC, CPQ, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
