About the role

  • All resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property.
  • Manage outage/ Value Pack events schedule planning and execution.
  • Produce customer management & planning including outage planning-TFA, craft, tooling, pre/post outage meetings, and cost estimation.
  • Project Management (Outage, VP's) including on job cost tracking, productivity/ P6 implementation, and manage execution risk/FMEA.
  • Drive review and improvement of On Time Delivery, Outage Cost & Productivity.
  • Support ITO & CPMs for project quotation including work scope, site condition check, preliminary safety and risk analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience with turbine installation, maintenance or manufacturing/repairing processes
  • PC proficiency, web applications including advanced Excel skills
  • Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of GE gas/steam turbines and generators
