About the role
- Serve as a key advisor to the Chief Compliance Officer for the Wind and Electrification Software segments
- Collaborate across business and corporate stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of GE Vernova’s compliance program
- Lead risk mitigation and drive operational excellence
- Ensure the segment Compliance team gets the required visibility into program metrics, findings, and reporting
- Act as a liaison with the Program, Trade and Investigations Pillars at Corporate
- Develop and deliver high-quality materials for various operating rhythms like Compliance reviews
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze compliance data and maintain accurate records
- Drive collaboration and coordination with the Corporate Program, Trade and Investigations pillar.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of experience in Ethics Compliance Operations
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters, set priorities and drive tasks to conclusion
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in creating visually engaging, logically structured PowerPoint presentations
- Skilled in Excel and data analysis, comfortable with large datasets
- Experience in data analytics/visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau a plus
- Deep domain knowledge in key compliance risk areas
- Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
