Product Manager

• Lead BESS augmentation product development from product ideation, stage gate process, and through to implementation and management
• Support product management of existing BESS fleet, gather lessons learned, report field issues, and flow lessons learned back into NPI processes
• Cost reduction activities for established product lines past the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase
• Accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives
• Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy
• Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy
• May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework
• Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
• Travel up to 25% as needed, including to customer sites, project sites, and manufacturing facilities
