About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and research, to develop and execute product roadmaps that align with strategic objectives
- Provide input, alongside the Portfolio manager, to build the product roadmaps
- Work closely with data scientists, IT, and designers to ensure the development of robust AI solutions
- Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences by understanding and addressing user needs in AI applications
- Support the coordination of GenAI applications to drive improvements and innovations across Vernova
- Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance value delivery
- Oversee the interjection of GenAI products coming from 3rd party software suppliers and determine best technology fit
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience
- Experience with GE/GE Vernova highly preferred
- Ability to integrate business strategy with technical initiatives
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Experience building and deploying AI applications
- Analytical skills to identify and solve risks and challenges
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required
