Application Engineer

• Manage the technical sales support team on the GE Grid Automation substation monitoring and diagnostics product portfolio
• Conduct customer fleet assessment to evaluate potential for growth of current offerings
• Provide technical and product training to customers as needed
• Support regional channel partners with product training
• Manage and track using KPI key pilot project to ensure determined scope of the final delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Be the voice of the customer by gathering feedback on current M&D fleet and services
• Participate and contribute to industry standards and circles such as IEEE, Cigre, and others
