About the role
- Lead the strategic and operational management of GoldSeal products across the MICT portfolio
- Monitor and analyze product quality metrics; initiate corrective actions
- Investigate customer complaints and collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve issues
- Define product standards that balance profitability with compelling Blue Book values
- Develop and execute growth strategies for GoldSeal
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in product management, Service, or Regional product functions with specific emphasis on MICT.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
