About the role
- Assist customers and respond to customer queries.
- Address customer complaints in a service-oriented manner.
- Merchandise store shelves in keeping with company standards.
- Ensure that the inventory in the back-store is appropriately and safely packed and stored.
- Provide feedback to management regarding the movement of inventory.
- Assist with the stock taking process.
- Support the team in achieving the company’s goals.
Requirements
- Five (5) CXC passes at General Level, including English Language.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform repetitive physical tasks and exercise safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
- Must be in excellent physical condition, stamina and strength required.
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
