About the role

  • Assist customers and respond to customer queries.
  • Address customer complaints in a service-oriented manner.
  • Merchandise store shelves in keeping with company standards.
  • Ensure that the inventory in the back-store is appropriately and safely packed and stored.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding the movement of inventory.
  • Assist with the stock taking process.
  • Support the team in achieving the company’s goals.

Requirements

  • Five (5) CXC passes at General Level, including English Language.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to perform repetitive physical tasks and exercise safe lifting techniques.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
  • Must be in excellent physical condition, stamina and strength required.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
