About the role

  • Engage each member-client and identify key initiatives to achieve specific enterprise goals
  • Manage approximately 22 senior executive member relationships
  • Conduct monthly consultations with CFO clients
  • Bring the power of Gartner’s service, research, and advisory to each client
  • Participate in all phases of member lifecycle: pre-sale, onboarding, relationship management, delivery, review, and renewal
  • Lead events for members
  • Work with members in various industries to further their levels of Finance maturity
  • Establish and maintain relationships with various internal groups to create key deliverables for clients

Requirements

  • Subject Matter Expertise as a Corporate CFO (current or former) at a public organization with a minimum of $5B in revenue
  • Demonstrated topic knowledge in developing and delivering overall Financial strategy, execution and performance improvement
  • Solid understanding of accounting and finance
  • INDUSTRY DIVERSITY and Fortune 500 experience is highly valued
  • Prior consulting experience is a plus
  • Must have a solid understanding of financial data and analytics
  • In-depth understanding of the Finance Function and the role of the CFO
  • MBA is a plus
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a dose of humility
