About the role

  • Attend client sites and online meetings to understand and identify client needs, issues, and requests.
  • Present approaches and adapt these to best suit the client and solution delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, elicitation sessions, user testing, training, change planning and so on.
  • Application of various analysis types e.g., requirements traceability, stakeholder mapping, RACI, process mapping, Gap, SWOT, CMM, MoSCoW, Heat Mapping etc.
  • Identification and engagement of stakeholders of all levels, establishing and managing delivery expectations.
  • Self-manage delivery of scopes of work within agreed thresholds (including time, cost, schedule).
  • Use problem solving skills and persistence to find alternative paths (or strategies) to work through and solve challenges.
  • Create alignment and ownership around a solution.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members – all with varying skill sets and domain expertise.
  • Understand and comply with all onsite safety/security rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications or BA and related qualifications / certifications
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst / performing BA Tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of methodologies, process mapping and testing strategies.
  • Demonstrated high level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to difficult and complex problems.
  • Project Management and / or Team Lead / Management experience
  • Well-developed time management skills with the ability to work autonomously / prioritise work
  • Facilitation, negotiation, and expectation management skills.
  • Shows Leadership and Ownership
  • Critical thinking with an analytical mind.
