• Build & Maintain Legal Infrastructure
• Identify gaps and investigate potential solutions for our contract automation, NDA processes, and legal workflows
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for high-volume standard contracts such as creator agreements and NDAs
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contracts
• Serve as first-tier legal contact for internal teams
• Run the Deal Desk function with precision

Requirements

4+ years of contract administration, legal, and/or business operations experience
2+ year of experience with project management systems and tools, and/or no-code/low-code automation
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to translate complex legal language for business teams
Experience with redlining and/or contract negotiation
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously under tight deadlines
Keen attention to detail
Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information
