About the role
- Supervise provider enrollment transactions to maintain accuracy, data integrity, and SLA compliance
- Mentor and assist enrollment agents in resolving complex processing inquiries
- Monitor service levels and escalate issues to management to minimize risk
- Review and submit client reports on a daily and weekly basis
- Support the manager in training, coaching, and daily operational oversight
- Collaborate across teams and stakeholders as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business management
- 6+ years of customer service experience, with 3–5 years in provider enrollment or healthcare operations
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively
