About the role
- Oversee clinic partnerships across East and South/Southeast U.S.
- Manage onboarding and relationship management for clinics.
- Track, analyze, and report on clinic performance using metrics.
- Build trusted relationships with clinic staff and collaborate with teams.
- Conduct ongoing in-person visits to clinics for engagement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in provider network management, ideally in the fertility industry.
- Ability to influence decision making among all levels of stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and optimizing processes for efficiency.
- Proficiency in using data and insights for guiding strategy.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory, including overnight and some weekend trips.
- Experience in healthcare sales is a plus.
