About the role
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Ruby on Rails, integrated with React frontends.
- Design and implement microservices architectures that ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to integrate financial workflows and data pipelines.
- Optimize system performance, ensure code quality, and maintain robust testing practices.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and guide decisions around scalability and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack development
- Advanced proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.js
- Strong focus on backend systems, APIs, and microservices
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Excellent understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD best practices
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
