About the role
- Oversee the implementation of the B2B audience growth strategy for brands
- Create subscriber growth campaigns across owned, paid and partner channels
- Report to and work with the Head of Partnerships and Audience to enhance subscriber journey
- Evolve and accelerate Future B2B's audience tactics, reader journeys, email subscriptions, website and social traffic
Requirements
- 3-5 years in in an audience development, growth marketing or product marketing role at a digital/advertising/publishing company
- Experience with digital marketing channels and analytics.
- Analytics that translate insights into recommendations.
- Experience building and nurturing online communities.
- Outside-the-box thinking with experience analyzing data
- Proficiency with engagement tools and project management software including Salesforce, Tableau and Asana
- Experience working across multiple departments and teams
- Comfortable presenting ideas to different stakeholders, including senior management
