About the role

  • Oversee the implementation of the B2B audience growth strategy for brands
  • Create subscriber growth campaigns across owned, paid and partner channels
  • Report to and work with the Head of Partnerships and Audience to enhance subscriber journey
  • Evolve and accelerate Future B2B's audience tactics, reader journeys, email subscriptions, website and social traffic

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in in an audience development, growth marketing or product marketing role at a digital/advertising/publishing company
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and analytics.
  • Analytics that translate insights into recommendations.
  • Experience building and nurturing online communities.
  • Outside-the-box thinking with experience analyzing data
  • Proficiency with engagement tools and project management software including Salesforce, Tableau and Asana
  • Experience working across multiple departments and teams
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to different stakeholders, including senior management
