About the role
- Support the development and execution of group-level CRM strategies to increase repurchase rate, retention, and user loyalty.
- Analyze user segmentation and behavior to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to tailor communication strategies to market-specific needs.
- Design and launch automated user journeys (push, email, pop-up) via Clevertap or collaborate with product team.
- Conduct A/B tests, evaluate outcomes, and continuously optimize performance.
- Ensure CRM campaigns are on-brand, accurate, and effectively targeted.
- Monitor CRM performance dashboards and key KPIs (repurchase, activation, retention).
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Work closely with BI, Data, and Product teams to enhance user experience and improve overall user LTV.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in e-commerce or app-based industries.
- Analytical thinker with strong ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Hands-on experience with CRM automation tools (Clevertap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and countries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
