About the role
- Take part in building the roadmap and capacity planning
- Coordinate development across teams and track work in progress
- Monitor alignment with plans, team performance, and commitments
- Identify recurring process issues and implement improvements
- Communicate status, blockers, and delivery timelines to stakeholders
- Help remove blockers and facilitate cross-team collaboration
- Join and work within a team of project managers supporting engineering
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Technical background; understanding of web services and acronyms (JS, TS, UML, JSON)
- Ideally formerly a developer
- Ability to create reports and write simple scripts for data analysis
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and SQL
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to write long, clear documents and coordinate teamwork
- English C1 level
- CET hours preferred
- Ability to communicate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues
