About the role
- Lead GTM Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage the annual and quarterly planning cycles across Sales, Success, Marketing, and Partnerships, ensuring alignment to company goals and market opportunities.
- Partner Across the Revenue Org: Act as the strategic thought partner to VPs across GTM; provide scenario planning, forecasting, and business insights to drive performance.
- Optimize Headcount & Capacity Planning: Develop bottom-up headcount and productivity models to guide investments and resource allocation across teams.
- Design Territory & Quota Frameworks: Establish repeatable processes for quota design, territory construction, and goal setting that scale with business growth.
- Enable Leadership Decisions: Build and present strategic recommendations and dashboards for executive leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Finance, Operations, and People teams to ensure cohesive GTM planning and execution.
- Drive Proactive Analytics: Build and scale a forward-looking analytics function that turns data into insight — informing headcount models, coverage design, quota setting, and territory planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, planning, revenue operations, or management consulting, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven success leading go-to-market strategy, sales planning, or analytics in a high-growth environment.
- Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.), and CRM/RevOps systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to actionable recommendations.
- Experience influencing executive leaders and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - you can distill complexity into clarity.
- A proactive, systems-oriented mindset - you anticipate challenges and design scalable solutions.
