About the role

  • Prospect and generate leads via cold calls, networking, referrals, and online outreach
  • Educate business owners on payment processing, POS systems, and cash discount programs
  • Provide savings analysis and custom-tailored merchant solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention and residual growth
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience in merchant services, financial services, or B2B sales (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable in a commission-only environment with uncapped earnings
  • Access to phone, computer, and reliable internet
