About the role
- Overall responsibility for all product packaging and labels, related topics (CLP regulation, Packaging Act, etc.), and the operational implementation of the upcoming corporate identity at LUBRICANT CONSULT GmbH
- Technical application support and product/technology consulting for our colleagues and customers
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales and Research & Development
- Complexity and lifecycle management across the entire product and packaging portfolio — from concept to market launch
- Responsibility for all product documentation
- Support field sales staff with technical questions and provide customer advice
- Handling complaints from documentation through to root cause analysis
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field such as Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process Engineering
- You bring several years (3–5 years) of relevant professional experience and have an open, communicative personality
- Independent and structured way of working
- You are responsible, conscientious, and a team player
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented, flexible working style
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
