About the role
- Assist in the installation of security and fire systems hardware
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations
- Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits
- Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 3+ years of experience in an installation role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems
- Experience installing Kidde, DMP, Digital Watchdog, Notifier, and AiPhone preferred
